Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-10-26T20:36Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2025-10-26T20:36:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
GAP: Data gap
HAL: Halo CME
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
Morphology Keyword:
FS: Flux Rope and Shock Candidate
Note: Faint northern partial halo in SOHO LASCO C2 and GOES CCOR-1, fully covered by a data gap in STEREO A. No source has been found for this CME in available EUV imagery, so it is likely far sided, possibly from the former AR 14246 which should have the longitude of ~ -165 deg.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type

CME Analysis M2M_CATALOG LE true SWPC_CAT -174.0 24.0 1312.0 O 27.0 2025-10-26T22:56Z A rather speculative one-coronagraph (LASCO) analysis because the CME is not seen in STEREO coronagraph due to a large data gap. The latitude (and hence the speed) could be different. The latitude of 24 deg is chosen to correspond to the latitude of former AR 14246 when it was seen on the front side. The Active Region produced multiple more northern CMEs, so this analysis is very approximate. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
